GROWTH ASSESSMENT

STRENGTHS

Revenue grew 32%/yr over the last 3 years, ahead of 90% of companies worldwide.10/10

The runway holds up: revenue is set to grow 37%/yr over five years.10/10

WATCH

Revenue is set to shrink 8%/yr over the next 3 years, a little behind the market.4/10

WEAKNESSES

Growth is the weak spot here, trailing 68% of companies worldwide.

Revenue grew 32%/yr over the last 3 years, but it is set to shrink 8%/yr from here.

The company is loss-making, so its revenue growth is not backed by profit yet.

BOTTOM LINE

Maturing Grower

Growth is a weak point here: a business heading into decline. The one thing to watch: the company is not profitable yet.

MOMENTUM ASSESSMENT

STRENGTHS

None flagged.

WATCH

It's up 0.4% over the past year, but 34% below its 52-week high. That is a touch behind the market.

WEAKNESSES

Weak long-term results. It has been a disappointing long-term hold (+18% over three years and -70% over five), behind 70% of the market.

The stock is underperforming over the past month (-15%), over three months (-33%) and so far this year (-9%).

BOTTOM LINE

Falling Knife

Returns rank poorly over both the short and long run, and the price is still falling. Momentum is firmly negative — catching this is a bet against the tape, not with it. Wait for a base to form. The one thing to watch: the multi-year record is weak.
