WATCH

Revenue is set to grow 2%/yr over the next 3 years, a little behind the market.4/10

Revenue grew 4%/yr over the last 3 years and is set to keep growing around 2%/yr.

Earnings are set to grow faster than sales (EPS about 11%/yr vs revenue 2%/yr), so margins should widen. One year dips: EPS falls 1% in year 2.

WEAKNESSES

Growth is the weak spot here, trailing 72% of companies worldwide.

Over five years revenue is set to grow 3%/yr, behind 80% of companies worldwide.2/10

BOTTOM LINE

Margin Expander

Growth is a weak point here. The one thing to watch: the five-year outlook is thin.

MOMENTUM ASSESSMENT

STRENGTHS

Strong recent results. The stock is outperforming over the past month (-1%).

WATCH

It's down 14% over the past year, now 17% below its 52-week high. That is right in line with the market.

Returns sit at the market level over three months (-7%) and so far this year (-3%).

WEAKNESSES

Weak long-term results. It has been a disappointing long-term hold (+16% over three years and -29% over five), behind 70% of the market.

BOTTOM LINE

Falling Knife

Returns rank poorly over both the short and long run, and the price is still falling. Momentum is firmly negative — catching this is a bet against the tape, not with it. Wait for a base to form. The one thing to watch: the multi-year record is weak.
