GROWTH ASSESSMENT

STRENGTHS

Revenue grew 12%/yr over the last 3 years, ahead of 60% of companies worldwide.7/10

WATCH

Earnings are set to grow faster than sales (EPS about 5%/yr vs revenue -16%/yr), so margins should widen. One year dips: EPS falls 27% next year.

WEAKNESSES

Growth is the weak spot here, trailing 95% of companies worldwide.

Revenue is set to shrink 16%/yr over the next 3 years, behind most of the market.1/10

Revenue grew 12%/yr over the last 3 years, but it is set to shrink 16%/yr from here.

Over five years revenue is set to shrink 9%/yr, behind 90% of companies worldwide.1/10

BOTTOM LINE

Stalled Business

Growth is a weak point here: a business heading into decline. The one thing to watch: forward revenue growth trails the market.

MOMENTUM ASSESSMENT

STRENGTHS

Strong long-term results. Long-term holders have seen +48% over three years and +285% over five, ahead of 60% of the market.

WATCH

Returns sit at the market level so far this year (-6%).

WEAKNESSES

It's down 18% over the past year, now 31% below its 52-week high. That is lagging the market.

The stock is underperforming over the past month (-9%) and over three months (-21%).

BOTTOM LINE

Outperformer in a Drawdown

A proven multi-year compounder now in a meaningful pullback well below its 52-week high. This is the classic fork: either a buy-the-dip in an intact uptrend, or the early stage of a trend change. Wait for the short-term slide to stabilise before adding. The one thing to watch: the one-year trend is weak.
