1. Stock Dashboards (Guide)

This file helps you quickly assess a company’s financial trends, valuation, and which investment strategies it fits. It includes all S&P 500 stocks (excluding REITs), plus around 100 global stocks from my watchlist that are not in the S&P 500. I continue to add new companies that interest me.

1.1 GEAR: Growth + Efficiency at Reasonable Price Strategy

This dashboard shows trends in profitability, efficiency, and valuation. The overall score is based on seven factors, each rated from 1 to 10. The higher the score, the better the stock fits the GEAR investment style.

1.2 Dividend Growth Strategy

This sheet highlights trends in dividend changes, growth rate, and dynamics of profit and free cash flow. The score reflects how well a company fits the profile of a growing dividend stock with a margin of safety.

1.3 Quarterly Snapshot

This dashboard helps you track short-term financial trends from recent earnings.

A one-page view of 16 core indicators of a company’s financial health.

2. Strategy Builder (Guide)

A tool to find stocks that meet specific criteria or fit certain investment strategies. The universe is much larger than in the dashboards — around 1,400 U.S. stocks and 1,600 global stocks.
