GROWTH ASSESSMENT

STRENGTHS

WEAKNESSES

Growth is the weak spot here, trailing 84% of companies worldwide.

Revenue is set to shrink 15%/yr over the next 3 years, behind most of the market.1/10

Revenue grew 34%/yr over the last 3 years, but it is set to shrink 15%/yr from here.

Over five years revenue is set to shrink 8%/yr, behind 90% of companies worldwide.1/10

BOTTOM LINE

Stalled Business

Growth is a weak point here: a business heading into decline. The one thing to watch: forward revenue growth trails the market.

WEAKNESSES

Weak long-term results. It has been a disappointing long-term hold (-23% over three years and +32% over five), behind 60% of the market.

It's down 31% over the past year, now 42% below its 52-week high. That is lagging the market.

The stock is underperforming over the past month (-17%), over three months (-29%) and so far this year (-34%).

BOTTOM LINE

Falling Knife

Returns rank poorly over both the short and long run, and the price is still falling. Momentum is firmly negative — catching this is a bet against the tape, not with it. Wait for a base to form. The one thing to watch: the multi-year record is weak.
