Amazon's own silicon, Trainium and Graviton, just crossed a $25bn annualized run rate, up 25% from the prior quarter.
Graviton is already used by 98% of AWS's top 1,000 customers, and the new generation is scaling nearly twice as fast as the last one. Anthropic and OpenAI are running multi-gigawatt commitments on Trainium.
